Youth Voice Forum

EY Foundation's Youth Voice Forum (YVF) is our core youth-led group, ensuring that the voices, experiences and ideas of young people are central to everything we do at the EY Foundation. Created in response to feedback from our alumni community and former Youth Advisory Board members, the Youth Voice Forum reflects our commitment to meaningful youth participation and co-creation.

The Youth Voice Forum brings together young people aged 16–25 from across the UK who are passionate about youth voice, youth employment and social mobility. As Advocates for Change, members influence both our internal work and external advocacy, helping to shape programmes, partnerships and policy activity, so that they better reflect the needs of young people from low‑income backgrounds.

Members of the Youth Voice Forum work collaboratively across key areas of EY Foundation’s activity as YVF Representatives, including influence and impact, communications, fundraising, employer partnerships, digital innovation and young people services. This can involve co‑creating projects, sharing lived‑experience insights, contributing to content and campaigns, and representing EY Foundation in external spaces.

Alongside driving change, the Youth Voice Forum provides members with opportunities to develop leadership, confidence, and professional skills, supported by inductions, structured projects and ongoing guidance from the EY Foundation team. Through this work, the Youth Voice Forum plays a vital role in championing social mobility and ensuring young people are not just heard, but listened to and acted upon.
