Tea with your Team

Got an in-person team meeting planned? Or perhaps a team anchor day in the office?

Supercharge your break by baking and fundraising for young people as part of our POWER YOUNG FUTURES fundraising week.

Tea with yourTeam is an easy fundraiser, designed to fit around your schedule. Add ‘Tea with your Team’ on to the end of a team get together between 18-22 May and play your part in powering more young people to a brighter future.

Like the sound of connecting, eating cake and making an impact?  Great! Here are a few easy steps and resources to get you started.

Step 1 : Agree the date, time and location for your team get together. Block in calendars.

Step 2: Ask for 2+ volunteers to bake or bring cakes or sweet treats to your Tea with your Team.

Step 3: Set up a fundraising page to collect donations – see how in our Toolkit.

Step 4: Get together with colleagues at your agreed time and share tea and treats, with cake shared in return for a donation of £3 per slice. (Make sure you have a list of ingredients handy).

Step 5: Chat about the big and small stuff, connecting with colleagues while helping power the futures of young people from low-income backgrounds.

Step 6: Take a photo and share with us so we can celebrate your achievement: share your photo.
