Get your steps in and support young people from low-income backgrounds to stride into a brighter future.
Get your steps in is a simple, inclusive fundraising step challenge running from 18–24 May, we are inviting colleagues to walk as part of their normal day in support of the EY Foundation. Take part as a team or individually.
More than 2 million young people in England are eligible for Free School Meals. That’s why we’re walking more than 2 million steps and fundraising — turning our everyday steps into collective impact for young people.
Over seven days, EY colleagues will collectively walk 2.5 million steps, creating a virtual journey between EY offices across the UK, starting and finishing at 1 More London Place.
How to take part
Step 1: Get a team of up to 4 together or commit to a personal challenge. How many steps will you aim for?
Step 2: Create and personalise your Enthuse fundraising page.
Step 3: Collect donations and aim for a donation target of £100 per person.
Step 3: Get walking! Walk as part of your everyday routine - lunchtime walks, commuting, moving between meetings, or plan some additional walks, all steps count.
Step 4: Make sure you log your steps using your phone’s health app or preferred tracking method and update us via the shared excel document.
Step 5: Share progress, encourage your team, and help turn everyday steps into meaningful impact for young people from low‑income backgrounds.
