Key details about buying the lottery ticket:

Email the following information to lottery@eyfoundation.ey.com​ by midday Friday 27th March 2026;

1. Name and surname
2. LPN number (find your LPN on your payslip in the payroll ref field, this is not your GPN or windows login number) 
3. Number of tickets you would like - tickets cost just £10 per ticket (max 10 tickets per person)
4. Lottery open to all UK people (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man) paid directly via EY payroll.

T&C's:

• The lottery is open to all UK people (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man) that are paid directly via EY payroll, from Friday 27^th February 2026. Ticket cost is deducted from your April 2026 monthly pay.
• EY Partners can also take part in the lottery by making a direct bank transfer to EY Foundation for the cost of your ticket value. Please also email lottery@eyfoundation.ey.com​ to confirm your bank transfer and to request your ticket. Transfers and ticket email requests need to be completed by Friday 27^th March 2026 9am to ensure validity.

• Closing date for ticket purchases is midday Friday 27^th March 2026, with the exception of partner tickets as previously mentioned. 
• The lottery draw date is the Wednesday 1^st April 2026. Winners to be announced via email by Tuesday 7^th April 2026.
• All prizes must be claimed within four weeks of the draw date, or they will be reallocated:
  • 1^st Prize: £1000 Trailfinders electronic gift card
  • 2^nd prize: £250 Love2Shop gift voucher
  • 3^rd prize: luxury hamper from Regency Hampers
