Mount Toubkal Trek 2026

Lace up your boots and join our unforgettable adventure to Mount Toubkal.

Head to Morrocco and trek to the summit of North Africa’s highest peak, Mount Toubkal. This exhilarating trek not only offers you the chance to connect with nature and experience breathtaking views, but take on an epic physical challenge to fundraising for the EY Foundation. Immerse yourself in Moroccan culture with like-minded fundraisers to raise vital funds to run  programmes that empower young people from low-income backgrounds.

EY Foundation are running this trek in partnership with highly experienced adventure tourism company, Global Adventure Challenges (GAC), who facilitated our trek to Angkor Wat in 2024. They have over 20 years of experience, have lots of high profile clients and have run successful Mount Toubkal treks on several occasions.

About the challenge

The challenge will see you starting near the berber village of Imlil, trekking through mountainous terrains and across beautiful rivers, meadows and landscapes over three days. You will be led by experienced Berbers, a Global Adventure Challenges Lead and a UK-based doctor - so know you are in safe hands.

As you weave through the boulders and snow patches you’ll reach the summit of Mount Toubkal, knowing your hard work has paid off and that you ‘ve helped young people from low-income backgrounds reach their full potential in the workplace. There will also be an opportunity to experience the vibrant capital Marrakesh after your achievement!

For me personally, this was an absolutely transformative experience and enabled me to meet some utterly incredible people (both within and outside of EY). The EY Foundation do such amazing work and were so helpful in helping me with my fundraising efforts. I am honoured to have been able to participate in such efforts for such a fantastic organisation and will endeavour to continue supporting their cause. 10/10 experience – go and sign up NOW!

And Great news! EY employees are now eligible to obtain *matched funding for their EY Foundation fundraising. This means that for every pound you raise, EY will match it, doubling the impact of your efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity to amplify your contributions and support the important work we do together. The fundraising team will notify you on how to do this and how to create your fundraising page upon sign up, and will help you along your fundraising journey.

*Please note that you can claim a maximum of £500 in matched funding as an individual within a financial year, and up to £1,000 as a team during the same period.
