Support the EY Foundation by taking part in one of the biggest half-marathons in the world!
The Great North Run is back with over 60,000 runners taking part in Newcastle and you could too whilst raising vital funds to help support young people from low-income backgrounds into work.
About the challenge
Setting off from Newcastle, you will cover 21km across the Tyne Bridge and the River Tyne, through Gateshead and on to South Shields. You'll then be cheered on by thousands of supporters, with live music en-route to help you over the finish line.

Once you have purchased your registration tickets via our Enthuse link, the EY Foundation will in due course send you an email to complete your registration on the Let’s Do This platform, on behalf of the Great North Run. It is important you give the correct and relevant email.
Once you have completed the Great North Run registration, they will forward you a link with your Enthuse fundraising page to start fundraising. You will need to have raise at £175 of your fundraising target by 1st June 2026, or risk losing your ability to participate.
