The EY Foundation is a charitable company registered in England and Wales and Scotland with registered charity number 1157154 and SC045076. It is also a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited
By registering for the Antrim Coast for the EY Foundation, you agree to the following:
1. This event is open to those 18 and over.
2. Your £30 registration fee is non-refundable and the deadline to sign up with the EY Foundation on Enthuse is 27 June 2025. A refund may be available if we are able to transfer your place to someone else by 31 July 2025, 12pm. Please note your £30 registration fee can count towards your £200 fundraising target. This will be added to your GivenGain fundraising page by the EY Foundation Fundraising Team as an offline donation, once you have set your GivenGain page.
3. You will receive an email confirmation from the EY Foundation Enthuse platform once you have paid your registration fee. This will contain the GivenGain link to complete your sign up and set up your fundraising page for Antrim Coast Half Marathon. You must complete this by 31 July 2025 in order to participate in the race. Failure to complete the GivenGain sign-up by 31 July 2025 will result in you not being able to participate in the Antrim Coast Half Marathon. You will not be entitled to a refund of your registration fee and will not be able to transfer your ticket after this date.
4. Every Antrim Coast Half Marathon runner has an individual commitment to fundraise a minimum of £200 in aid of the EY Foundation. The EY Foundation takes these fundraising targets very seriously and while it promises to provide participants with fundraising support throughout, it requires commitment from each runner to work towards and reach their individual target. If you do not raise a minimum of £200 by 29 August 2025, you could jeopardise your ability to take place in future ticketed EY Foundation fundraising events.
5. Donations are incredibly important to the EY Foundation. Without our supporters, we would not be able to help the number of young people or have the impact that we do. We, like all other registered charities, are subject to the Charities Act 2011.
6. You give EY Foundation consent to the use of the quotes and information provided and photographs and you hereby confirm that such consent shall extend to all purposes in all media for the full period of the copyright (which will remain the property of EY Foundation and Ernst & Young LLP) and therefore in so far as possible in perpetuity. Without limitation, these may be used in official communications of EY Foundation. These will be used in official organisational communication channels and the communication activity of team members of EY Foundation.
You hereby give consent for all purposes of The Copyright Designs and Patents Act (1989) as may be amended from time to time.
7. You hereby give consent to the filming and recording of your appearance in the Antrim Coast Half Marathon and (subject to terms of any applicable industry agreement, but otherwise without restriction) hereby confirm that such consent shall extend to your appearance in said video for any and all purposes in all media for the full period of the copyright (which will remain the property of Ernst & Young LLP) and therefore in so far as possible in perpetuity.
8. You recognise that the EY Foundation is an independent charity that is registered to operate within England and Scotland. The money raised by those taking part in the Antrim Coast Half Marathon will go towards providing programmes within these areas.
