How do we work with employers?

We design, deliver and evaluate a number of employability programmes. The programmes are varied, but are all structured to create local career awareness, provide employability skills training, paid work experience and one-to-one mentoring to our young people.

 

We will work with you to develop a bespoke programme, supporting your organisation to raise awareness of your sector and recruit young talent. We will offer training and support, enabling you to spend meaningful, structured time with young people from low socioeconomic backgrounds.

 

Please note all employers will be subject to an independence check, and UK audit clients of EY may be subject to some independence restrictions. We are also dedicated to safeguarding our young people and DBS checks and training will be required for all involved.

Ways to get involved

EY Foundation operate out of four hubs in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow. Programmes can be delivered face to face near these locations, or virtually elsewhere in England and Scotland.

1. Fund a bespoke employability programme

2. Join an existing multi-employer programme

Work alongside other businesses to offer a sector-based programme. We currently run these for the Tech, Security and Banking sectors. Get in touch to find out more.




We had the honour of hosting ten incredibly bright and talented young individuals at Tripledot Studios. We're looking forward to more opportunities like this, where we can learn from each other and continue to inspire the next generation of industry leaders.
