Snowdon Night Hike 2024


Join our Snowdon Night Hike for a unique and spectacular experience!

 

Fancy taking part in a unique challenge? You’ll be setting in the very early hours of Saturday 13th July with challenge providers Lost Earth, to climb the 1,085m Snowdon peak! The walk should take between 4.5- 7  hours (round trip) and is 9 miles, total. Once you’ve reached the summit, you will experience fantastic sunrise view over England, Scotland and Wales.

 

 

Where is it taking place?

  • Llanberis, Wales. Participants will need to meet at the designated meeting point for 00:45 to begin the hike. Participants will also need to arrange their own transport to and from the meeting point. There is plenty of parking available and a qualified mountain leader certified in mountain first aid will lead the hike.

 

Who can take part?

  • This challenge is suitable for anyone with reasonable fitness- no experience needed
 
  • Anyone (EY and non-EY) over the age of 18 can take part – invite your friends and family for this unforgettable challenge!   

 

 

How much do I have to pay to take part?                                  

  • The price to participate is £65pp

 

 

How much do I need to fundraise for the EY Foundation?

  • We ask that all participants reach a target of £350 – this all goes towards reducing barriers to work young people from low-income backgrounds face and allow them to achieve their working potential.
